Mason Jackson is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of BM Technologies. He has built his career in IT over more than a decade, working his way from service desk roles to senior management positions before starting BM Technologies. His background spans a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, construction, and professional services, giving him first-hand experience of how different organisations rely on technology to operate effectively.

In his previous roles, Mason led IT teams supporting small businesses to companies with hundreds of staff. He has overseen major infrastructure projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, data centre upgrades, and implementing secure network and firewall solutions. Alongside this, he has introduced new policies and processes that improved response times, reduced costs, and raised standards of IT service delivery.

At BM Technologies, Mason combines his technical expertise with a strong focus on people. He believes IT should make life easier, not more complicated, and works closely with businesses to ensure their systems are reliable, secure, and built to support growth. His specialist knowledge includes Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, cloud services, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT service management.
